René Redzepi is the chef and co-owner of Noma, the three-Michelin-starred Copenhagen restaurant that has five times been recognized as the World’s Best, and continues to shape culinary culture globally more than two decades since its founding in 2004. Noted for his sense of curiosity and desire to share knowledge, Redzepi has authored several groundbreaking books; founded the not-for-profit MAD; and propelled noma to undertake four international residencies. In 2022, Redzepi launched Noma Projects, which allows people around the world to experience the restaurant’s ingredients and innovations at home.
