Elio Germano was born in Rome, Italy. His early credits include the feature film "Il Cielo In una Stanza", released in 1999. He has also appeared in "La nostra vita" (2010) and as Giacomo Leopardi in "Leopardi" (2014). Germano's talent has been recognized with a win at the Berlin International Film Festival Award in the Silver Bear for Best Actor category in 2020 for his role in "Volevo nascondermi." His top performing US Films include "Nine"($19.67M) in 2009 and "Respiro"($1.07M) in 2003.
