Farah escapes from Iran and finds herself in Istanbul. Despite being a surgeon by profession, she finds work as a cleaner. There's nothing she wouldn't do for her son, Kerimşah, who suffers from a primary immunodeficiency disorder. While on a cleaning job, Farah unintentionally witnesses something she wasn't meant to see and meets a criminal, Tahir Lekesiz. Tahir now has to decide the fate of this innocent woman and her child.

Farah is once more caught by Tahir. Having saved Ali Galip’s life can only keep her alive for so long, and Farah fears the worst. Tahir's boss Ali Galip's decision puts Tahir at a crossroads between his heart and his mind. Will he take the life of an innocent woman and leave an ill child motherless, or will he help Farah to stay alive?

So focused on her child's health, Farah fails to notice that Tahir, whom she seeks help from, is actually assigned to eliminate her. Tahir has shelved his conscience to the point where AGA questions if the look of the woman and laughter of the child would be able to penetrate his skin. Meanwhile, Mehmet inches closer to Farah, making it all the more difficult for Farah to escape.

When Tahir pulls the trigger instead of Farah, it stirs a whole new rift between Aga and Tahir. Aga vows to make Tahir pay severely for disobeying his orders. Farah has no one left to rely on to survive except Tahir. While Tahir protects Farah and Kerimşah, neither knows that Kerimşah has already spilled the beans and told Mehmet everything.

With the good news from Tahir about the donor match, Farah backs out of testifying for Mehmet. Mehmet has no intention of leaving Farah alone. In light of these events, Aga and Tahir challenge each other for real. A rocky period begins from which Tahir should protect both Farah and himself. Mehmet decides to harshen the way he plays the game.

Tahir is hugely disappointed to find out that Farah has lied. While getting ready to go back home, Farah encounters Tahir. Although Tahir gives her one more chance, Farah can't give up her own truth, and their face-off becomes unavoidable. When Farah has no choice but to testify, an unexpected guest knocks on her door to fix all her problems.
