Without knowing the reason behind their deaths, Young-soo and Gi-tak find themselves in the afterlife; before dying, Young-soo faces an unexpected crisis because of a suspicious rice cake package; Gi-tak suffers an irreversible accident.

Young-soo and Gi-tak must live as Hae-joon and Hong-nan for two months; each make their way to their workplace and learn truths hidden after their deaths; Maya becomes anxious due to Young-soo's return and hides the real Lee Hae-joon's identity.

An upset Hong-nan, who appeared anxious at the sight of Yi-yeon, spends the night at Hae-joon's home; Hae-joon, to free himself of false charges against him, calls Cha Jae-kook and the directors to the department store's main conference room.

Hae-joon sees Da-hye in hot water, kneeling in front of a customer being investigated in the department store; Hae-joon narrowly averts the crisis thanks to Hong-nan's iron curtain; Yi-yeon, who feels Gi-tak's absence at his rooftop apartment, sobs.
