Now that she has a crew -- including new member King Shark -- up-and-coming supervillain Harley Quinn needs a nemesis; while she goes after Gotham's big fish, Batman, she ends up with an adolescent Robin, making her a laughingstock of the underworld.

During a heist gone wrong -- thanks to Harley's impetuousness -- Clayface loses an arm, which turns out to be evidence to enterprising GCPD commissioner Jim Gordon and a key witness against Harley and her crew.
