Jim acquiesces to Cheryl's mother Maggie's wish that the family should be buried together in a family plot, but secretly makes plans for himself to be buried next to a star footballer.
Jim and Andy hunt a turkey for Thanksgiving. While doing so, Jim is pursued by a psychotic bird named Angry Pete.
Cheryl wants to have another child, so Jim has to change his diet. However, Jim doesn't really want to do that and doesn't even think about giving up anything. Cheryl tries to persuade him to give in.
Jim is worried about his daughter Ruby, as he seems to have lost touch with her. He is desperate to take her to the fathers' daughters' dance, but Ruby prefers to dance with her Uncle Andy.
Cheryl prepares a romantic dinner without the children, just for the two of them. However, Jim doesn't notice her efforts and would rather watch a boxing match on TV, and he has to plan how he can do both.
