Academy Award winner and legendary Hollywood star Joan Crawford stars as an anthropologist who discovers a living missing link to man's animal past in the science fiction thriller Trog. Deep within a hidden cave, Dr. Brockton (Crawford) discovers a terrifying hairy figure with red-rimmed eyes--a living troglodyte. Dr. Brockton takes this living specimen of humanity's cave-man ancestors back to her laboratory, where she believes she can teach the proto-human to learn and to communicate. Instead, the creature breaks free and goes on a terrifying, murderous rampage.
