There's a catch to the flavor bombs that Jamie Oliver has left behind for the contestants to cook with; they will only be revealed 15 minutes into the cook and must be included in the dish.

In the first elimination challenge of the season, the contestants must cook a dish from their favorite childhood memory.

Contestants must create the tastiest dish in 45 minutes using ingredients from Shannon Bennett's fridge. The winner then faces Hugh Allen of Vue de Monde to win an elusive immunity pin.
