Thomas Hill

Thomas Hill's acting talents were showcased on the big screen many times throughout the course of his Hollywood career. At the start of his acting career, Hill starred in dramas like "The Slender Thread" (1965) with Sidney Poitier and Anne Bancroft, "Quintet" (1979) with Paul Newman and "Hide in Plain Sight" (1980) with James Caan and Jill Eikenberry. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Too Far to Go" (NBC, 1978-79) and "Sanctuary of Fear" (NBC, 1978-79). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties, appearing in the dramatic adaptation "The Postman Always Rings Twice" (1981) with Jack Nicholson, "Firefox" (1982) with Clint Eastwood and the adventure for the whole family "The Neverending Story" (1984) with Noah Hathaway. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Debra Winger romance "Black Widow" (1987), the John Wylie drama "An Empty Bed" (1988) and the Jonathan Brandis fantasy sequel "The Neverending Story II: The Next Chapter" (1991). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" (PBS, 1984-85). Hill more recently acted in the action flick "Blue Chips" (1994) with Nick Nolte.
