They finally realize that CODE is an omnipresent surveillance system that monitors every move people make. It is nearly impossible to escape its surveillance. The trio also discover that Lanli, the largest technology group in the city, seems to be connected to CODE to a certain extent. They therefore realize that they have to access Lanli to get closer to the truth behind CODE.
