Out of loyalty, 17-year-old Fish takes the blame for a crime he didn’t commit and is sentenced to jail. Upon his release, he is employed by the man he took the fall for at a councillor’s office, determined to live out a ‘normal’ life. When tasked to help a woman with a water supply issue, he inadvertently sets off a political tussle, ultimately finding himself in a struggle between love and career.
