While J.D. (Braff) struggles with whether to tell Dr. Cox the truth about the baby's paternity, he gains some valuable insight into Dr. Cox' (John C. McGinley) troubled mind and his relationship with Jordan (guest star Christa Miller Lawrence) when he meets Dr. Fisher (guest star Jay Mohr, "Mohr Sports"), a former student of Dr. Cox. When Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) prevents Turk (Donald Faison) from playing his pre-surgery basketball game, Turk retaliates by cutting the cord to Kelso's beloved Ms. Pac Man machine. Meanwhile, Carla (Judy Reyes) worries that she's lost her sex appeal since she got engaged and Elliot's (Sarah Chalke) lucky streak continues as she makes a new friend in the janitor (Neil Flynn). Jay Leno, host of NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," also guest-stars.
