Meanwhile, Turk gets nervous when Carla starts contemplating returning to work now that the baby is born. Thinking he won't be able to support his family he begins giving medical advice on the side for a quick buck. Elsewhere, Elliot contemplates moving into private practice while Dr. Cox finds new ways to torture her sensibilities. All the while the Janitor leads a strike of the support staff to convince Dr. Kelso that they need dental insurance.
