Connor Trinneer

Best known for his role as Commander Charles 'Trip' Tucker III on "Star Trek: Enterprise," Connor Trinneer earned a B.A. in acting at Pacific Lutheran University, before receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While his acting career in theater, a passion for which would make him return throughout his career, Trinneer began snagging appearances on television in dramas like "ER" and "Touched By An Angel." His big TV break came in 2001 when he was cast opposite Scott Bakula on "Star Trek: Enterprise." Trinneer went on to play the rash chief engineer for 98 episodes during the science fiction series' four-season run. Afterwards, Trinneer turned up in a number of hour-long crime dramas, including" NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" and "Numbers," until he landed another major role in a sci-fi drama, "Stargate: Atlantis." Unfortunately the spin-off was short-lived, but Trinneer rebounded with appearances in action shows like "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "24" while continuing work on the stage in the 2000s.
