On the same day that Tiluca loses her husband, a foreign delivery man collapses in front of her house; she takes him in by accident and he tries to continue his search.

Julio César takes on an unexpected role, managing Tiluca's new inn; as the rooms fill up and the numbers improve, Magdalena rings the alarm; on the sidewalk, a neighbor demands answers.

Béatrice and her daughter Nadine arrive from Haiti straight to the inn; Valentín leads a protest to expel the delivery drivers from the neighborhood; Julio César does what he can to calm the situation; Tiluca decides to sell her car.

To tackle their debts, Tiluca and Julio César transform the inn into a hair salon and café; Clemente gets closer to Mabel; Magdalena takes her frustrations to family therapy after discovering her mother's relationship with Tuerca.
