Actress Noele "Nolly" Gordon is the star of the popular British soap opera Crossroads until a studio executive decides to terminate her contract.
The Crossroads cast are desperate to learn how exactly Nolly's character is going to be written out of the show, but Jack is determined to keep the plot secret until the very last moment.
To save her career, Nolly returns to the stage in one of theater's hardest roles.
