Throughout her Hollywood career, Tamia had a variety of powerful musical performances. Tamia worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "10th Annual Soul Train Music Awards" (WB, 1995-96), "ABC in Concert" (ABC, 1990-98) and "Mustang... The House that Joe Built" with Joe Conforte (1975). She also contributed to "Set It Off" with Jada Pinkett Smith (1996), "Soul Train Music Awards: 11th Anniversary" (WB, 1996-97) and "The Associate" (1996) starring Whoopi Goldberg. More recently, she earned a role in the Sandra Bullock action picture "Speed 2: Cruise Control" (1997). She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Quincy Jones -- The First 50 Years" (ABC, 1997-98) and "The 2nd Annual Soul Train Christmas Starfest" (1999-2000). Tamia continued to exercise her talent in the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "6th Annual Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards" "Celebration of Gospel" (BET, 2000-01) and "The 15th Annual Soul Train Music Awards" (2000-01). Her credits also expanded to "First Daughter" with Katie Holmes (2004) and "Not Easily Broken" (2009). Most recently, Tamia appeared on "The Late Late Show With James Corden" (CBS, 2014-15).
