Carmen arrives at the art gallery with a gun, but Cristóbal interrupts. Meanwhile, Matías gets more involved in drug dealing. Santiago surprises his wife with a homemade dinner but later has sex with a former patient. Cristóbal also has sex with the journalist who interviewed him. The new partner, Mauricio, botches a routine operation. Julia visits Carmen, thinking she is an art gallery client.

While holding Julia hostage, Carmen calls Cristóbal and threatens to hurt Julia. When he arrives, Carmen ties them both up and forces Cristóbal to declare his love for Julia. But when the police arrive, Carmen kills herself. Meanwhile, Santiago has sex with former patient Adriana again. Also, patient Lulu wants surgery so she can look like her cat. And Mauricio again proves to be a poor doctor.
