Sarah Purcell boasted an impressive roster of roles for television movies and specials throughout the course of her entertainment career as an actress. She also appeared in the TV movie "A Guide For the Married Woman" (ABC, 1978-79). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "Battle of the Network Stars VII" (ABC, 1979-1980) and "Celebrity Challenge of the Sexes" (CBS, 1979-1980). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "The Big Show" (NBC, 1979-1980).
