Edmund Lyndeck

Edmund Lyndeck was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "The Cosby Mysteries" (NBC, 1993-94). Lyndeck started in the industry by acting in films like the Adam Sandler smash hit comedy "Big Daddy" (1999). He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Sweeney Todd" (1982-83) and "Into the Woods" (PBS, 1990). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1999-), "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005) and "Ed" (NBC, 2000-04). He also appeared in "The Bedford Diaries" (WB, 2005-06). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the comedy "Road Trip" (2000) with Breckin Meyer and the Gretchen Mol dramatic biopic "The Notorious Bettie Page" (2006). Lyndeck focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Zach Braff comedy "The Ex" (2007), the Adam Sandler box office smash action-packed comedy "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" (2008) and the Michael Douglas drama sequel "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps" (2010). Lyndeck most recently acted in "The Big Wedding" (2013) with Diane Keaton.
