Bel Powley

Actress Bel Powley first found fame on children's spy adventure series "M.I. High" (CBBC, 2007-2011) before successfully transitioning to the film world with leading roles in coming-of-age drama "The Diary of a Teenage Girl" (2015) and historical comedy "A Royal Night Out" (2015). Born in Shepherd's Bush, London to an actor father and casting director mother, Powley made her on-screen debut with a bit part in MI5 drama "The Whistleblowers" (ITV, 2007) and soon immersed herself further in the world of espionage when she landed the role of secret agent Daisy Miller in hit kids series "M.I. Powley then announced her arrival on the international stage with an accomplished performance as Minnie Goetze, a precocious 15-year-old who embarks on an affair with her mother's much older boyfriend, in coming-of-age drama "The Diary of a Teenage Girl" (2015).
