Anchors Up

While a big storm approaches, Elias the rescue boat gets an emergency call from the neighbouring city Big Harbor, asking him to rescue a boat in trouble by a cave known as the Black Hole. As a result of his bravery during this mission, Elias is offered a promotion and a chance to move to the Big Harbor. He accepts and leaves his friends behind to try his luck in the big city. But being a rescue boat in the Big Harbor turns out to be much harder than expected. One evening Elias has a run-in with a local gang. He discovers that the gang is mining Norwegium, a precious metal that is illegal and which emits electromagnetic waves that effect the weather. Elias will soon find out that to expose the mining operation, what he needs most is the help of his friends...
