Sudden Death

Thriller set at the Stanley Cup ice hockey finals. It's Game 7 and the winner will lift the trophy but with the Vice President attending, a criminal has his eyes on a bigger prize. Holding the VP hostage, his demands are backed up by the shooting of selected hostages and the threat of bombs planted around the stadium. However, a rink security guard, whose kids are in the crowd, refuses to be cowed.
