S1, E4: K'ei-huan sells the house to Wei-wei because he thinks she takes life seriously and she deserves the simplest happiness in life. Wei-wei, Hao-i, K'ei-huan, and Tzu-yuan have a handover party at the house. K'ei-huan kisses Wei-wei out of longing. At the party, Hao-i proposes to Wei-wei out of the blue. Wei-wei takes a glance at K'ei-huan and decides to accept the ring although she is more shocked than happy. K'ei-huan and Tzu-yuan take a stroll on the street after the party. K'ei-huan decides to break up with Tzu-yuan as he has had enough of her. K'ei-huan moves to a short-term rental suite. Through Pai-yang, Tzu-yuan locates K'ei-huan. She brings his favorite food and does laundry for him.
