S3, E5: New full-time employee Ryan (B.J. Novak) anxiously accompanies Dwight (Rainn Wilson) on his first sales call, but is taken aback by the odd series of challenges Dunder Mifflin's top salesman puts him through along the way, including a side trip to the Schrute family beet farm. Back at the office, Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) is forced by corporate to keep a log of his day's activities, and Pam (Jenna Fischer) tries to help him be productive. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) begins to settle into the Stamford branch.
