Private Shuchiin Academy gathers future elites. After the most intense battle in the school's history, i.e. the 68th Student Council President election, Miyuki Shirogane and Vice President Kaguya Shinomiya are reelected. The new 68th Student Council, with fresh blood, begins to operate. Bound by the curse of whoever confesses first, loses, Shirogane and Shinomiya, attracted to each other, engage in a love battle of wits in the sacred Student Council room, each trying to make the other confess their feelings.
