Kerris Dorsey's success as an actress began when she was a mere three years old. Dorsey began her acting career with roles in sitcoms like "Monk" (USA, 2001-09) and "Scrubs" (2001-2010). She also acted in various film roles at the time, appearing in the comedic adaptation "Just Like Heaven" (2005) with Reese Witherspoon and the Joaquin Phoenix box office smash musical drama "Walk the Line" (2005). She continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Mad Men" (2006-2014), "Vanished" (Fox, 2006-07) and "Carpoolers" (ABC, 2007-08). She also appeared in "Sons of Anarchy" (FX, 2008-2015) and "Shake It Up!" (Disney, 2010-13). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Flower Girl" (Hallmark Channel, 2009-2010).
