Maxwell Martin Scherzer, nicknamed "Mad Max", is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball. He has previously played in MLB for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Detroit Tigers, Washington Nationals, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, and Texas Rangers.
