Chinese Commander Fong Kwok-wah and Japanese General Ryuichi Sakato were bitten by a weird creature when they first fought each other in 1938. Now in 1998, both of them have become immortal and blood-thirsty vampires, but Kwok-wah stays good while Ryuichi turns evil. With the help of a modern exorcist Ma Siu-ling and a warm-hearted teacher Wong Chun Chung, Kwok-wah fights Ryuichi in the streets of Hong Kong.
