Ed Stafford starts his expedition by taking six dads and their kids to Belize. In the first test the dads trek through the jungle to find their kids.

Ed starts by getting the dads and kids to forage their evening meal in the Belizean Jungle. Later, takes to one of Belize's 200 island Cayes.

As the expedition draws on, Ed mixes up the pairings. Each dad inherits a new kid for the day, allowing them to look at their relationships.

Ed follows in the footsteps of the ancient Mayans as they camp in the jungle overnight. As a reward, Ed has a surprise for each family at sunrise.

All families must one day come to terms with kids wanting to fly the nest, so today Ed gives the kids room to roam by them having their own adventure.

Ed’s unique jungle expedition concludes with the dads and kids going to Five Blues Lake, a 200ft deep cenote, and navigating an ancient cave complex.
