S1, E4: This quick, high energy cardio routine will help you lose fat, tone your entire body, and strengthen your core. You'll be working in 30 second segments. You'll do each move for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. There are 12 exercises total and you'll be doing each one twice.
