S2, E7: On the brink of turning 30, Erin is feeling overwhelmed with trying to juggle her extra responsibilities as manager of the Santa Monica salon and her relationship with Ty. Also, the staff surprises Erin with a party, but Ty ends up feeling left out. Nick and Ania consider taking their relationship to the next level by moving in with each other, but what will Ania's parents think of their decision? Meanwhile, Jeff and Devin suspect that Janelle's partying ways have gotten the best of her out in Las Vegas so they fly out to give her an ultimatum.
