S1 E3: This challenging HIIT routine combines bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to give you a thorough full body workout. You'll be doing a combination of strength sets and fire sets. The strength sets contain 5 moves, 50 seconds each with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. The fire sets contain 3 moves, 30 seconds each, back to back for a heart pumping sweat session.
