A Soap Opera in Hell

S23, E11: It's Charity Night on Hell's Kitchen! The top eight chefs will begin the week with an International Cuisine Challenge. They will randomly be assigned a cuisine to inspire an original dish intended to transport Chef Ramsay across the globe. Following the challenge, the chefs will report to the dining room for an especially important dinner service, Hell's Kitchen Charity Night! This year, the show will be honoring guests from The American Heart Association and the Connecticut Chapter of The Special Olympics and the amazing work they do. Guests of honor, board members and CEO's of both organizations will be in attendance including Susan Lucci, herself! Each team will cook for one of the organizations and it is a huge test of organization and timing for the remaining chefs. Only one team can reign supreme.
