Abandonment Issues

M1, T3: Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes through the backroads of Burnett in the Hill Country to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods. It's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps, they see the potential. This place may need a full overhaul, but the payoff could be huge if they can flip it into a rustic cabin retreat.
