S8, E18: Karen is rushed to the hospital to the hospital as she goes into labor; after Sean threatens Leslie, she confides in Dex, Sean's true identity; Dex warns Alexis that Sean may be seeking vengeance against her as she listens in horror; Jeff resigns as Blake's campaign manager, while his and Sammy Jo's relationship becomes more intimate; after Karen delivers Adam a son, he is stunned when Karen tells him she is unable to go through with her surrogate agreement.
