All in a Day's Work / Interchange Intrigue

S3, E5: On a tour of her dad's office Mona discovers how the town really works. It's all run by Rudy the janitor from his secret underground chamber. The only problem is that today is Rudy's last day. / It looks like the answer to the town's traffic problems when the great Phineas arrives with plans to build a new interchange. Only Mona knows he's an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who will make the townsfolk not just slaves to progress, but slaves period.
