M1, T4: A woman suffering from mental illness leads police on a chase across state lines. After her tires are flattened, she shocks pursuing officers by pretending to have a gun and stealing their patrol car. A young man gets caught up with the wrong crowd, leading him down an unlawful path. After caught in a police sting operation, a dramatic high-speed pursuit takes place that ends with guns drawn.
