Blast from the Past

S1, E2: Dave is thrilled when he and Leah answer the call to restore an 1800s cannon as a surprise to a history-loving husband, but the cannon is in rough shape. Meanwhile, Sara takes on the very detailed restoration of a 5th generation model ship covered in decades of dust and grime. As Sara brings the ship back to life, Alfred and Leah try to make a hundred-year-old Grafonola record player carry a tune and look good doing it. They divide and conquer with Leah refinishing the outside and Alfred getting the mechanism running again. While they work together, LA restores an old chest to become a new family heirloom.
