시즌 1, 에피소드 3: "Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island" sets up past "Married at First Sight" participants so they can get a second chance at finding their soul mate. A group of 16 participants, which includes fan favorites, old faces and new faces, is sent to an exotic island to work on love. The couples meet with Pastor Cal to face their darkest fears before going on adventures and meeting the the in-laws, among other things. At the end of their three-week stay on the island, couples then decide if they want to get married or leave the island and enjoy single life.
