S1, E6: In the season finale, Alex pulls Jason aside to ask him to bring in more listings for Picken, but his words of encouragement push Jason to look elsewhere for work. Could he return to residential where he'll make his commissions plus salary? Meanwhile, Michael works on what could be Picken's biggest deal of the year. And after his poor sales, he really needs it to work out. Plus, Hazm isn't finished annoying all of his coworkers as he now tries to go behind Michael's back to sell Flor de Sol.
