S2, E15: House and his team take on a new patient, Bob, who comes to Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital after suffering from a breathing attack while role-playing in the bedroom with his wife (guest star Samantha Mathis). All the symptoms point to heavy metal poisoning, but the tests do not. Meanwhile, as the team goes through its diagnostic process, House is wreaking havoc in the clinic, telling a patient that he got a sexually transmitted disease from his wife.
