Undefeated in four amateur bouts, Justin Jones made the move to the pro ranks in 2014 and he didn't skip a beat, winning all three of his pro matches thus far. Even more telling is that he finished all of those bouts by KO or submission, making him an easy choice to join the UFC's light heavyweight roster.
