第 2 季，第 7 集: Just as Roger is about to break ground on his new Louisiana Vengeance stadium, the Environmental Protection Agency stops him cold -- the stadium could endanger a bird sanctuary. The board tries to suspend Jim's contract and he promises them that if they do not win the NIT he will resign quietly. However, if they do win, he bargains to become the permanent AD. Roger finds out about the Alyssa Lido tutor and gives Jim a lose-lose ultimatum. Luther finally comes through at the last minute, providing Jim with a top-secret weapon against Roger.
