S1, E5: Karen demanded Fulcher's reinstatement and a review of the law, submitting a petition and signatures to Prime Minister Cameron. Although Fulcher avoided dismissal, he was unable to return to the force and submitted his resignation. Immediately afterward, evidence of Halliwell's crime was discovered.
