S3, E1: When the newly promoted Vivian reaches Samantha and Martin on their cell phones early in the morning to start the new case, the two are actually together--in Samantha's bed. Regarding the case, although the agents quickly become suspicious of the mobility instructor's brother, who was secretly dating the missing girl, they soon become intent on locating a waiter who was reportedly fixated on her as well.
