S1, E22: Fozzie Bear’s agent, Irving Bizarre, arrives at the theatre to negotiate a contract for Fozzie. During the process, Fozzie gets heckled while doing his comedy routine, and when he tells anyone who isn’t a Fozzie fan to leave, everyone goes–including his own cousin! Legendary star Ethel Merman joins the cast for a celebration of Broadway musicals, including a medley of duets of some of her best-known songs like “You’re the Top” and “Friendship.” Other highlights include the Javas (both Big and Small) dancing to the brassy tune “Java,” Richard Bradshaw’s shadow puppetry, and Merman and the Muppets’ performing the finale extravaganza, “There’s No Business Like Show Business.”
