Evil Hair Salon

S2 E3: The girls investigate an evil hair salon owner that is using a "special formula" to grow her clients' hair to massive proportions (in order to make fabulous wigs). The only problem is, the formula is sucking the life out of the customers in the process. In a b-story, the girls try and plan a surprise birthday party for Jerry.
