S3, E17: Zack and Cody are assigned to the same team for a science project and Cody is upset because he knows he will end-up doing all the work. Zack takes naturally to the subject; inspecting germs, while Cody becomes germ phobic and doesn't help Zack at all. Zack believes he has discovered "black mold" in the hotel's kitchen, causing panic.
