S1, E2: Griff Rhys Jones continues his journey across Canada, heading to Quebec and Montreal to experience the French-Canadian way of life. This includes trying poutine, a delicious if calorific Canadian delicacy. He then gets a taste for maple syrup and tries to understand the nation’s obsession with ice hockey. He discovers that the history and culture of the area has helped shape multicultural Canada.
